RETURNS


How do I make a return or exchange?

 

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt of purchase.  They are only accepted if there are any technical issues with our products which need to be first brought to our team's attention by email. Returns are also up to the discretion of NappieSack™ and are accepted only if the item is in its original condition. 
  • Simply email hello@nappiesack.com - please include the reason for the return.  If the item is damaged please take pictures and attached them to the email. Returned merchandise is shipped at the buyer's expense. 
  • A 20% restocking fee is applied for non-defect returned or exchanged merchandise. Returns can only be accepted by mail within 30 days of receipt of purchase with a Return Authorization number (RA number), provided by Customer Service. Further, no return will be processed without an RA number.

     

    When will my credit card be refunded?
    • Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5-7 business days, once your package is received. After the transaction has taken place, you will be notified by email listed on your account. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account.
        

      PLEASE NOTE: We do not refund shipping and handling charges.
