- How do I make a return or exchange?
- Simply email email@example.com - please include the reason for the return. If the item is damaged please take pictures and attached them to the email.
- When will my credit card be refunded?
- Your refund will be processed in the original for of payment within 5-7 business days, once your package is received. After the transaction has taken place you will be notified by email listed on your account. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account.
- Returns are up to the discretion of NappieSack™, and are accepted only if the item is in its original condition. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt of purchase. A 20% restocking fee is applied for non-defect returned or exchanged merchandise. Returns can only be accepted by mail within 30 days of receipt of purchase with an Return Authorization number (RA number), provided by Customer Service. Further no return will be processed without a RA number.
